Turmeric Paste
The benefits:
Stimulates digestion, the most powerful anti-inflammatory known to date, very powerful antioxidant, remineralizes the joints, cleanses the liver, ulcers, arthritis, antiseptic, cancer prevention (studies showing that people consuming Turmeric are less subject to cancer)
Recipe:
Turmeric must be combined with black pepper in order to release the curcumin; without pepper, there is no point in giving it.
To make the dough:
120g of turmeric powder (take organic)
1 spoon of black pepper
250 ML of water
150 ML olive oil.
Heat the turmeric with the pepper for 8 minutes, add water to maintain a soft texture like the puree.
Add the oil off the heat
You can keep the dough refrigerated for 15 days.
